About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the High Brow Society website and to the treatments and training we provide. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Bookings and consultations

Enquiries and bookings are made directly with us, usually through WhatsApp, phone or email. Some treatments need a consultation, and in some cases a patch test, before we can go ahead. We will let you know what is needed when you get in touch.

Deposits and cancellations

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment, and goes towards the cost of your treatment. We ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, missed appointments and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be needed to rebook.

Suitability, results and aftercare

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic procedure and individual results vary depending on your skin, lifestyle and how your skin heals. We cannot guarantee a specific result. Certain conditions and circumstances may mean a treatment is not suitable, which we will discuss at your consultation. Following the aftercare advice we give you is an important part of how your results heal and last. Nothing on our website is medical advice.

Training

Training courses are booked directly with us. A deposit is required to secure your place, with the balance due before the course begins. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to move to a later date we will do our best to accommodate this where reasonable notice is given. What is included varies by course and will be confirmed when you book. Where a course is accredited, certification is provided on successful completion. Some courses are intended for artists who already hold a relevant qualification, and we will let you know of any prerequisites before you book.

Pricing

Prices are confirmed at the point of enquiry or consultation and may change from time to time. The price agreed for your booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Website content and intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to High Brow Society unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

The website is provided as is, and we do our best to keep the information on it accurate and up to date. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
