Who we are

The information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and look after you as a client. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• Your name and contact details, such as your phone number, email address or social media handle.
• The content of messages you send us by WhatsApp, text, email, phone or social media.
• Booking and appointment details.
• Relevant health information you share during a consultation, where it affects whether a treatment is suitable. This is more sensitive information, and we only collect it with your consent and to keep you safe.
• Before and after photographs, where you have agreed to them being taken.

Our website does not have a contact form. Enquiries come to us directly through the contact methods listed on the site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange consultations and appointments.
• To provide treatments or training safely and to give aftercare advice.
• To keep the records we are required to keep, including for insurance purposes.
• With your separate consent, to show examples of work, for example on social media.

Our legal basis

We rely on your consent for marketing and for using any photographs, on the performance of our agreement with you to provide a treatment or course, on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and on our legal obligations where the law requires us to keep certain records.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where necessary with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and the providers of any messaging tools we use. When you message us through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, your message is also handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. We embed a Google map on our contact page so you can find the studio, and Google may set cookies through that map under its own policies. How long we keep it

We keep client and treatment records for as long as we need them and for any period required for insurance or legal reasons.
